Zoom Mat Classes
Service Description
One of my most popular classes is now online using Zoom meetings. With or without any accessories (roller, soft ball, magic circle…) Pilates on mat starts with a focus on breathing and an awareness of our body. Each class will have a succession of abdominal exercises, leg stretching, back extending and reinforcement of the arms and backside. “I like my classes to be smooth and keep students in motion so I tie the exercises combining gentle and tonic movements.” Students end their classes with the feeling of having accomplished an intense muscular work but being relaxed at the same time!
