Why is Pilates good for you? 

  • We can use this method to maintain our physical fitness.

  • To improve our physical condition, particularly for people who have not exercised in a long time.

  • To recover from an injury or after childbirth.

  • To keep moving gently during pregnancy.

Practising Pilates once a week will tone and straighten you up.
